When you use the [Wyndme APP] and robot-related features, we may collect the following information:
Including phone number, nickname, avatar, account ID, etc., used for registration, login, identity verification, and account management.
Including robot model, device ID, firmware version, connection status, operating status, etc., used for robot binding, remote control, device management, and troubleshooting.
When you invite family members to use the robot together, we may collect the invited users’ account information, nicknames, permission settings, etc., for family member management and device sharing.
When you or your family members actively enroll voiceprints, we collect voice samples and voiceprint features to identify different family members and provide personalized services. Voiceprint information is sensitive personal information and will only be used with your authorization. You may delete it at any time.
Voice, text content, and interaction records generated during your conversations with the robot may be used for replies, companionship interactions, generating daily “thought logs,” and monthly reports.

When you manually enable surveillance mode, the robot camera can be used for remote viewing and object recognition. The camera is not enabled by default. Please ensure informed consent from relevant individuals before use.

Surveillance mode must be manually enabled by the user. Once enabled, you can remotely view the robot camera feed, and the robot may perform object recognition.
Do not use this feature for unauthorized recording, eavesdropping, illegal surveillance, or invasion of others’ privacy. Avoid enabling surveillance mode in private spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or changing rooms.
We may update this policy based on product changes or legal and regulatory requirements. After updates, we will notify you via in-app pop-ups, page prompts, or other reasonable means.
